Biography

Since the dawn of the First galaxies the voice of Morkobot resounded solemn over the saturated atmospheres of the planets in evolution.

Rise To Thunder were formed on christmas day 2001 by founder members Muff drums, AL Munger guitar and P on bass, reclusively recording rehearsals and doing our first gigs the following summer. we continued to progress in heaviness and trippiness bizarrely only playing in stoke to this day but with the likes of some damn cool bands. A live album was recorded as a three piece in 04. Rise To Thunder became a four piece when former Shallow/Last Drop guitarist Dan joined forces in spring 06. The band have since recorded 6 tracks at Lizard Lounge, two of these are on the bands Future Noise CDR as well as tracks recorded at the bands "Psychedelic Batcave" studio. The remaining 4 tracks from the session are hopefully to be released on vinyl only in spring 2008.
