Bastard Of The Skies

Biography

Hailing from Blackburn, Lancashire, Bastard Of The Skies formed at the beginning of 2006. Disgusted with the limp and pathetic state of their local scene they decided it'd be best to play the loudest, heaviest, sludgiest rock possible.

Since then the band have bludgeoned audiences across the UK, enjoyed radio airplay, gathered a fistful of excellent reviews and are proud to have shared the stage with bands such as Baroness, Kylesa, Today Is The Day, Jucifer, Taint, Truckfighters, The Freezing Fog and Volition.

With their self titled debut album due to be released autumn 2008, through Meltdown Records, the band are already busy at work on a follow up - slated for release in the first half of 2009 through new Lockjaw Records imprint Mother Should Know. Tour dates to follow!
